Roots Mentorship Program:
The Strong Roots Mentorship Program aims to guide, support, and inspire mentees to learn the skills and knowledge that will help them succeed in college and as young professionals. Mentoring is more than just sharing knowledge. The mentor becomes the source of wisdom, teaching, life experience, and support to our CTSF mentees. Today, we are searching for committed, passionate professionals ready to share their expertise, knowledge, and skills to empower our future leaders. We invite you to be part of the Strong Roots Mentorship Program. Board Member Interest:
The foundation’s goal is to instill in our recipients a sense of pride and spirit to also give to their communities while they are in pursuit of their post-secondary education.
